Communication is key at all levels of any organisation, but what if low self-esteem impacts the effectiveness of that communication and how would you know that the cause is in fact a self-esteem issue?
Low self-esteem impacts:

- Support services
- Performance assessment
- Conflict resolution
In most organisations managers routinely identify self-esteem issues affecting an individual’s performance, but even then sufferers from the fraud/imposter syndrome may not be detected. So how do you measure the impact of self-esteem issues on the six areas I have outlined above even when the processes are clearly defined?
